Context of the Project

Pharmagel is a leading designer and manufacturer of softgel encapsulation machinery, with tailor-made solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical and veterinary sectors.

The company needed a comprehensive ERP solution to manage all business processes in an integrated and efficient manner-from production to sales, from invoicing to machinery repair-while maintaining a high level of customization to meet the company's specific needs.

What has been done

After a careful analysis phase, we customized and implemented the Odoo platform to adapt it to Pharmagel's needs. Here are the main interventions carried out:

Repair Management: Link between the Warehouse app and the Repairs app for creating detailed repair orders, with details of parts to be repaired, later reported on the invoice via the Accounting app.

Customized Accounting App: PEC server configuration for managing the sending and receiving of electronic invoices via SDI, ensuring effective communication with tax authorities. .

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) module: Customization has been made for version management of BOMs, created through the Production app, allowing precise control of changes and updates in production cycles.

CRM Module Integration: Linking with the "Contact Us" form on the website to improve the management of inbound leads and inquiries.

Custom Sales Order: Edit to classify items according to specific categories required by the customer, facilitating reporting and analysis.

Sales-Warehouse-DDT-Billing Integration: Automation of the direct billing process from DDTs (transport documents), ensuring a smooth and fast transition between sales, warehouse and accounting.

Custom Module for Offers: Creation of custom Word templates for documentation management to share with the client, with the ability to adjust margins specifically.

Web Site Implementation: Makeover of Pharmagel's Web site using the Odoo platform.

Upgrade to Odoo 16: Complete migration from Odoo 14 to Odoo 16, ensuring a seamless transition and access to the latest features.
