Media Dressing Srl is a company specializing in sound design and multimedia solutions for event organization. It manages the entire process from conception to project implementation, working closely with clients, agents and suppliers.

The company needed an integrated solution to streamline and monitor processes, manage customer and supplier relationships, and keep track of finances.

What has been done

After a careful analysis phase of the needs of Media Dressing, we customized and implemented a tailored solution based on several modules of Odoo, configured and adapted to meet each of the customer's specific needs.

  • CRM and Sales: The CRM module has been configured to manage the entire process of offering and selling events. Each event, created through the Projects app, is linked to sales and purchase orders, or generates new ones through the Sales app.
    The approval flow has been customized so that if a quote has a margin below a certain threshold, an approval is automatically requested, thus ensuring that the established margin criteria are met. Each event is assigned a location and one or more DJs and technicians.

  • Vendor and Collaborator Management: Clients, agents, venues, and collaborators (such as DJs and technicians) are managed through the Contacts app. Through a restricted area on the website, each DJ or technician can access his or her schedule, view details of each event to which he or she is assigned, and view related documentation in the Documents app.

  • Financial Management: The Treasury app has been customized for complete cash flow monitoring. The system organizes income and expense payments and due dates by date, always providing an up-to-date view of cash availability. In addition, to improve commission management, the Commissions app has been configured to include agent-specific scales to calculate commissions based on goals achieved.

  • Marketing: The Marketing app has been customized to allow the creation of campaigns and newsletters tailored to clients. With customized templates, Media Dressing can create engaging and targeted marketing communications to promote their events.
